Account & Settings
Manage your organization, team, billing, and preferences across the Settings tabs.
Settings is where you manage your organization, team, billing, and preferences. It's organized into tabs: most users see Organization, Billing, Notifications, and Other. Orgs connected to a parent agency also see a Team tab.
Organization Tab
The Organization tab has three sections.
Basic information is where you set your org name, website, and the URL slug that makes up your app.theadspend.com/org/ address. Your org logo isn't uploaded manually — it's derived automatically from the website domain you enter here, and appears throughout the app once set.
AI Training Context is how you help the AI understand your business. Fill in a business overview and list key competitors, and the AI will factor these into its recommendations. If you'd rather not write it from scratch, "Generate from website" will draft both fields for you. There's also an Organization Notes section for anything else your team should have visibility into.
History Summary controls the lookback window for the AI-generated history summary, such as the last 30 days. This section only appears for orgs where the feature is available.
Billing basics
The Billing tab shows your current plan and is where you manage your subscription and payment information. What you see here depends on whether your org is configured as an agency or a single business.
Notifications Tab
The Notifications tab is where you set up and manage your Slack connection:
- Connect a Slack workspace to receive automated notifications
- Set a default channel for those notifications
- Turn on direct messages, so members are notified by DM when their email matches their Slack account
- Disconnect Slack when needed
Team Tab (Agencies and Managed Orgs Only)
The Team tab controls whether members from a parent agency org can access this organization automatically. Members granted access this way appear as virtual members inside the org.
Other Tab
The Other tab contains two actions: leaving the organization and deleting it. Both are irreversible.
