Inside AI Mode, Google’s conversational search experience, which runs on Gemini 3.5 Flash as its default model (Google I/O, May 19, 2026) and has 1B+ monthly users. For scale context, AI Overviews reach 2.5B monthly users (Pichai, Google I/O 2026).

Formats
