Let campaigns run 3-7 days before judging distribution. Algorithm needs time to find winners.

Why it matters

CBO works best when ad sets have similar audience sizes and goals. If one ad set has much larger audience, CBO may over-allocate. Use ad set spend limits when you need control. Don't judge CBO performance in first 3 days.
